HR Manager

South West, London Hybrid

Interim Contract until December 2026 / January 2027 Not-for-Profit Organisation

We are supporting a respected not-for-profit organisation in the appointment of an Interim Senior HR Manager to provide leadership and continuity while a permanent recruitment process is completed. Based in Pimlico, this is a broad generalist role, leading all HR activity across the organisation.

The RoleYou will provide both strategic and operational HR leadership, partnering with senior stakeholders across the organisation on a wide range of people matters. Responsibilities include workforce planning, employee relations, recruitment, policy development, performance management, learning and development, wellbeing initiatives, HR systems oversight, and payroll and pensions management.

About You

CIPD qualified or equivalent experience

Significant HR management experience within a charity, not-for-profit, public sector or purpose-led organisation

Strong employee relations and employment law knowledge

Experience advising senior leaders on complex people matters

Comfortable working across both strategic and operational HR activities

Confident leading HR processes, policy development and organisational change initiatives
