HR Manager Location: London Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 per annum Job Type: Permanent Hybrid: 3 days office / 2 days from home Hours: 9:30am - 5:30pmThe Role An exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Manager to join a busy and collaborative HR team within a leading law firm.
The role will have a strong focus on employee relations, alongside supporting the wider HR function and contributing to systems, processes and people initiatives. Key Responsibilities
Independently manage a range of employee relations matters from start to finish.
Provide trusted HR advice and guidance to managers and employees.
Support the development and implementation of HR policies and processes.
Work closely with stakeholders across the business in a fast-paced environment.
Contribute to HR projects and initiatives, including improving systems and processes.
Support the wider HR team across the full employee lifecycle.
About You
CIPD Level 5 minimum.
Strong HR experience with proven ability to manage ER cases independently.
Confident, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
An interest in HR systems and technology.
