A large multinational financial services firm is looking to recruit an experienced HR Manager to join their London team. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident HR professional looking to take on a broad and varied role within a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Please note the role is hybrid – you’ll work from home 2 days per week.
Working closely with senior managers and stakeholders across the business, you will lead on delivering comprehensive HR support across the full employee lifecycle, including employee relations, recruitment, HR operations, policy development, and HR project work. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the London office while also partnering with colleagues across the wider European region.
Key responsibilities will include providing expert advice on HR policies and UK employment law, managing complex employee relations matters, leading recruitment activity, overseeing onboarding and probation processes, and ensuring HR administration is delivered accurately and efficiently. You will also contribute to regional HR initiatives, support learning and development activities, and work closely with Payroll and external providers where required.
The ideal candidate will have strong HR generalist experience gained specifically within financial services or professional services environments, as this experience is essential for the role. You will have solid knowledge of UK employment law and employee relations, alongside the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the business and influence stakeholders confidently. Candidates should be highly organised, professional, and comfortable managing multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment.
To be considered, you should have previous experience working within a multinational or international business and hold a minimum CIPD Level 5 qualification. Previous experience operating at HR Manager level or in a senior advisory capacity with demonstrable management-level responsibilities would be highly advantageous. International HR exposure would be beneficial but is not essential.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive and internationally focused organisation offering broad exposure across the full HR remit and excellent long-term career development opportunities.
