Create role scorecards, success criteria and effective hiring pipelines.
Build both early-career and experienced talent pipelines.
Develop performance-linked compensation and incentive frameworks.
Ensure pay and bonuses are aligned with performance and business results.
Act as a guardian of company culture, accountability and high standards.
Address behavioural and performance issues directly and professionally.
Oversee contracts, appraisals, compliance and scalable people processes.
Provide clear, commercially grounded advice to the Founder & CEO.

Strong commercial judgement and confidence making difficult people decisions.
Proven experience building performance management and talent frameworks.
Strong understanding of hiring, compensation and employee development.
Comfortable challenging senior stakeholders and managers constructively.
Highly organised with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Data-driven and focused on measurable outcomes.
