HR Coordinator

SF Partners are currently recruiting for an experienced HR Coordinator to join a busy HR team within a well-established organisation based in Tamworth. This is a temporary to permanent opportunity and would suit someone who enjoys taking ownership of end-to-end HR administration and wants to work in a varied, hands-on role where no two days are the same.

Tamworth | £16.82 per hour | 40 hours per week | Monday-Friday, Site Based.

You will work closely with the wider HR team, providing comprehensive administrative support across the full employee lifecycle.

The Role

• Providing end-to-end HR administration across the employee lifecycle
• Preparing offer letters, contracts and other HR documentation
• Coordinating new starters and onboarding
• Monitoring probationary periods and supporting associated administration
• Maintaining accurate employee records across multiple HR systems
• Updating HR spreadsheets, trackers and reports
• Responding to day-to-day employee and manager HR queries
• Supporting recruitment and general HR activities
• Providing some payroll administration and input during a period of transition to an outsourced payroll provider
• Ensuring employee data is accurate, confidential and up to date
• Providing wider administrative support to the HR team as required

We are looking for someone with previous HR administration experience who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing a varied workload.

You will ideally have

• Previous experience within an HR Administrator, HR Assistant or similar role
• Good knowledge of the employee lifecycle
• Experience preparing HR documentation and maintaining employee records
• Strong Excel and systems skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Confidence working across multiple systems and data sources
• A proactive, organised and flexible approach
• The ability to work independently while being part of a small HR team
