HR Coordinator/HR Advisor

North London | Full-time, permanent | 3 days on site

We are looking for an experienced HR Coordinator or HR Advisor to join our client on a full-time, permanent basis.

This role will provide essential, hands-on HR support throughout that process. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR Coordinator looking to take the next step and develop into a broader HR generalist position, with increased exposure to a wide range of HR activity and stakeholders.

You will support stakeholders through the employee consultation process, provide first-line HR advice and guidance, respond to day-to-day queries, coordinate meetings and documentation, maintain accurate records, and ensure HR processes are followed consistently and professionally.

We are looking for someone who has experience in an organisation with a large operational, site-based or shift-working workforce, and who is comfortable supporting employees and managers in a fast-paced environment. You will need strong organisational and communication skills, sound HR knowledge, and the confidence to handle sensitive matters with discretion.

Experience of business change, consultation or restructuring would be advantageous, together with a genuine desire to broaden your HR experience and progress into a generalist role.

The company is based in North London, and you will need to be able to commute 3 days per week.
