HR Business Partner

Venn Group is delighted to be recruiting for an experienced HR Business Partner on behalf of a large and complex organisation. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional to join a busy People Services team, providing expert advice and support across a broad range of employee relations and organisational change matters. The postholder will partner with managers and stakeholders to deliver effective people solutions in a complex environment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide expert advice and guidance on complex employee relations cases, including disciplinary, grievance, capability, absence management and performance matters.

Support organisational change initiatives, including restructures, consultations and workforce planning activities.

Partner with managers to develop pragmatic people solutions that align with employment legislation and HR best practice.

Analyse workforce trends and people data to identify risks and recommend appropriate interventions.

Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures and service improvements.

Build strong relationships with stakeholders and provide coaching and guidance on people-related matters.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Proven experience managing a complex employee relations caseload within a large organisation.

Strong understanding of UK employment law and HR best practice.

Experience supporting organisational change and consultation processes.

CIPD qualified or working towards a professional HR qualification.

Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to manage competing priorities and provide practical, solutions-focused HR support.

Location: Bristol

Duration: 6 month fixed-term contract

Salary: £38,000 - £46,000 per annum

Working hours: 37 hours per week

Working pattern: Hybrid (3 days per week on-site)
