HR Advisor

HR Advisor – Band 5 Location: Twickenham

We are looking for an experienced and motivatedHR Advisor to join our on of our NHS organisation. You'll provide professional HR advice and support to managers across a range of employee relations matters, including disciplinary, grievance, absence management and performance issues. Key Responsibilities

Manage employee relations cases and provide HR advice to managers.

Support investigations, hearings and organisational change processes.

Advise on employment law, HR policies and Agenda for Change terms and conditions.

Analyse workforce data and maintain accurate ESR records.

Deliver HR training and contribute to service improvement projects.

About You

Associate CIPD qualified or equivalent experience.

Experience in a HR or Employee Relations role.

Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practice.

Excellent communication, organisational and stakeholder management skills.

NHS HR experience and ESR knowledge are desirable.
