Are you a confident HR professional with a passion for employee relations and making a real impact on the ground? We’re looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join a well-established manufacturing site. This role is offering variety, autonomy, and the chance to make a difference every day. NB: This is a Monday to Friday, site based role!
Managing employee relations cases
Leading end-to-end recruitment on site
Driving employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives
Coaching and up-skilling line managers
Supporting various projects and initiatives
Partnering closely with trade unions and senior managers
Strong experience in end to end employee relations (day to day & complex cases)
Proven ability to build relationships at all levels, and with unions
Experience in a manufacturing or FMCG environment or similar
Comfortable using HR systems and MS Office
CIPD qualified (or equivalent) – desirable but not essential
