HR Advisor

Manchester

Up to £32,990 per annum

Fixed-Term Contract (12 Months) | Full-Time

As an HR Advisor, you'll provide operational HR support, advice and guidance to managers across the business, managing a variety of employee relations cases and organisational change projects. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy HR team and play a key role in supporting colleagues across a diverse organisation.

Key Responsibilities

Advising managers on employment law, HR policies and employee relations matters.

Supporting restructures, redeployment, redundancy and TUPE processes.

Coaching managers on performance, absence management, capability and conflict resolution.

Building strong relationships with stakeholders across the business.

Maintaining HR records and producing reports.

Identifying risks and providing practical HR solutions.

About You

To be successful, you'll ideally

Be CIPD qualified, working towards qualification, or possess equivalent experience.

Have at least 3 years' recent experience within a broad HR Advisor or generalist role.

Have up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practice.

Be confident advising and influencing stakeholders at all levels.

Thrive in a fast-paced environment and be able to manage multiple priorities.

All candidates who register with Reed Further Education will have 2 years’ referencing taken up and will be required to have a DBS check completed. All offers are conditional upon satisfactory background checks.
