Duration: 6 months
HR Advisor opportunity with our client, a regulatory body. They are seeking a proactive and focused HR Advisor to support the people centre team for a 6 month period. The successful candidate will be able to operate in a challenging, fast paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
· Deliver efficient HR support to employees across the UK.
· Serve as the first point of contact for employee lifecycle queries, ensuring timely resolution in line with SLAs and KPIs.
· Provide guidance to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures.
· Manage and allocate HR queries through the cloud based email system.
· Coordinate onboarding activities using iTrent.
· Drive continuous improvement initiatives and maintain HR Standard Operating Procedures.
· Deliver a high standard of customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
· Support the People Centre Manager with audits.
· Maintain and update accurate employee records within the HR system.
· Process leavers and contractual changes in line with payroll deadlines and statutory obligations.
· Produce key MI to People and Estates team as well as adhoc requests using People Centre Power BI dashboard.
Essential Requirements
· HR administration and onboarding experience in a fast-paced environment.
· Experience using integrated HR payroll systems.
· Strong organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
· Excellent customer service and communication skills.
· High attention to detail and accuracy.
· Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships at all levels.
