Working closely with the People & Organisational Manager, you'll support approximately 300 employees across the organisation, providing expert HR guidance, delivering learning initiatives and contributing to key people projects that support business success.

Contributing to HR system implementation and improvement projects, including HRIS developments
Reviewing and updating HR policies, procedures and guidance materials
Producing HR reports and management information to support business decision-making
Ensuring HR data is accurate, up to date and compliant with company requirements
What we're looking for
Previous experience in an HR Advisor or HR & Training Advisor role
CIPD qualified or currently working towards qualification
Strong understanding of UK employment law and HR best practice
Experience supporting employee relations cases from start to finish
Learning & Development experience, including training delivery and facilitation
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Experience using HR systems and Microsoft Office applications
A proactive, positive and solutions-focused approach
High levels of professionalism, integrity and attention to detail
Why Apply?
A varied role combining HR advisory, generalist and learning & development responsibilities
The genuine opportunity to influence employee experience and organisational culture
Exposure to a broad range of HR activities and business projects
A supportive and collaborative working environment
Ongoing professional development opportunities
