HR Advisor

We are currently working with a client in the Gallery and Museum sector based in Central London, who are looking to appoint a People and Culture Advisor on a permanent basis.

This will be a full-time position, starting in July, with hybrid working (2/3 days home working) and a salary of £37,000 to £42,974 per annum.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience within a team, able to build strong relationships with managers and ideally a CIPD qualification, but not essential.

Duties will include (but are not limited to)

Providing first-line HR advice and support to managers and employees on policies, procedures, and people-related matters

Managing and responding to queries received through the HR inbox, ensuring timely and accurate resolution

Supporting the management of low-level employee relations cases, including attendance, conduct, and performance matters

Coordinating the end-to-end onboarding process for new starters, ensuring a positive employee experience and compliance with required processes

Maintaining accurate HR records and systems while ensuring compliance with employment legislation, company policies, and HR best practices

Experience required

Experience required in HR support or advisory role, covering generalist HR activities.

Experience working within a small team

Skills, knowledge and expertise required
