Head of Marketing

Head of Marketing | Fully Remote

Salary: £60,000-£70,000

I'm working with a leading UK hospitality and leisure group with 35+ luxury hotels and resorts across the UK and Spain, looking for a Head of Marketing to shape the next phase of their brand and commercial growth.

This is a rare fully remote leadership role with ownership of the group's marketing strategy across accommodation, food & beverage, spa, golf and events.

The Role

- Lead the overall marketing strategy and multi-channel campaigns across Digital, Social, CTV, DOOH, Print and Partnerships.

- Drive direct bookings and revenue growth, oversee brand positioning and content strategy, manage agencies and budgets, lead the in-house marketing team, and work closely with commercial, CRM and operations teams to deliver integrated campaigns.

About You

- Senior marketing experience in hospitality, travel, leisure, retail or another consumer brand.

- Strong background across B2C and B2B marketing, experience managing large budgets and delivering commercial growth, plus confident stakeholder and team leadership.
