Job Description

At Trustpilot, we're on an incredible journey. We're a profitable, high-growth FTSE-250 company with a big vision: to become the universal symbol of trust. We run the world's largest independent consumer review platform, and while we've come a long way, there's still so much exciting work to do. Come join us at the heart of trust!

At Trustpilot, finance doesn’t just record the numbers - it powers how we make decisions, unlock opportunities, and scale our business. As we continue building the universal symbol of trust, we’re reimagining how accounting, reporting, and finance operations can drive efficiency, insight, and smarter decision-making across the organisation.

We’re now looking for a Head of Accounting & Control to lead and modernise our group accounting function. This is an opportunity to shape how finance operates at Trustpilot - building robust processes, embedding strong controls, and enabling the business to act with confidence and speed. You’ll operate at the intersection between several other Finance teams to ensure financial accuracy and transparency across the Group - this role is about turning accounting operations into measurable business impact.

Reporting into the Group Financial Director, you’ll lead a small but critical team, working closely with FP&A, Group Reporting, Finance Operations (AP/AR), and business leaders across Trustpilot to strengthen and future-proof the finance function. If you’re a strategic finance leader with a hands-on, change-driven mindset, this role is for you.

What you’ll be doing

Lead and develop the accounting function: Manage a small team of accounting professionals, creating clarity of purpose, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous development. Own core accounting processes and months end-close: Oversee the month-end close, general ledger operations across the Group, reconciliations, and journal entries - with a particular focus on overhead and below-GM costs - ensuring accuracy,
