Group Reporting Manager

We’re partnering with a leading global organisation to appoint a Head of Group Reporting into a pivotal role within an international finance team.

This is a newly created opportunity supporting senior the leadership in driving the delivery of high quality financial reporting, providing insight to influence strategic decision-making and implementing process and systems improvement across a complex, multi entity environment.

We are looking for someone who has excellent stakeholder engagement skills, strong financial reporting capability and with a flair for FP&A.

Head of Group Reporting- The Role

Partner with divisional and group finance teams to analyse performance and provide clear, actionable insights for the SLT

Contribution to the organisations wider technology roadmap with a focus on supporting the development of consolidation reporting tools

Lead the preparation and delivery of monthly, quarterly and annual reporting, budgets and strategic plans

Coordinate reporting cycles, including trading updates and stakeholder deliverables

Leveraging BI tools to provide analysis to the wider divisional teams

Support senior management with presentations, analysis and business-critical insights

Drive continuous improvement across reporting processes, systems and tools

Head of Group Reporting- About You

Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)

Strong background in financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting

Excellent analytical and data storytelling skills (ideally with BI tools)

Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced, international environment

Commercially minded with the ability to translate data into insight
