Interim Group Reporting Manager
The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Interim Group Reporting Senior Manager to join the Group Finance team on a 12-month contract. Reporting to the Group Finance Director, you will support the delivery of group reporting, consolidations, budgeting and statutory reporting within a busy and evolving finance function.
Location: Central Bristol Rate: Competitive (Insdie IR35) Duration: 12 Months Start: ASAP
Key Responsibilities
Prepare the monthly group balance sheet consolidation, including reviewing submissions from international entities and processing consolidation adjustments
Manage the monthly intercompany reconciliation process, working closely with the Group Financial Controller to resolve differences
Support the annual group budgeting process and coordinate key deliverables
Prepare statutory accounts for UK holding and dormant entities
Produce ad hoc financial reporting and analysis for senior finance leadership
Support the preparation of monthly group management accounts
Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and controls
Skills & Experience
Fully qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
Strong experience in group reporting and consolidations within a multi-entity organisation.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; experience with Power BI and group finance systems is beneficial.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
