FP&A Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen to move into an FP&A Manager role with a growing professional services organisation. This is a commercially focused role supporting senior management with financial insight, forecasting and strategic decision-making.

Working closely with the senior leadership team, the successful candidate will play a key role in financial modelling, forecasting, profitability analysis and cashflow planning, while also supporting finance-related systems development and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with the senior management team to provide financial insight and commercial decision support.

Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts for key business units.

Lead and enhance forecasting and cashflow planning processes.

Support finance system improvements and development projects, ensuring finance requirements are effectively represented.

Provide FP&A analysis of profitability, identifying trends, opportunities and areas for improvement.

Prepare insightful financial analysis and reporting to support business performance and strategic planning.

Work collaboratively with finance and operational stakeholders to improve the quality and accessibility of financial information.

Key skills and experience

Strong analytical and commercial finance capabilities.

Experience with forecasting and profitability analysis.

Strong Excel skills.

Experience working with financial systems and supporting system development or process improvement.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to business partner with senior management and present financial information clearly.

What's on Offer?

£55,000 – £60,000 salary

Hybrid working – 2 days working from home

33 days' holiday + bank holidays
