Our client, a well-established and growing organisation, is seeking a Finance Manager to take ownership of financial reporting, lead a small team, and support strategic decision-making. Location: Birmingham City Centre Position: Finance Manager Full-Time Salary: £55,000 to £60,000 per annum

Key responsibilities of the Finance Manager

Oversee the production of monthly management accounts, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

Lead, mentor, and develop a small finance team to drive performance and continuous improvement.

Manage budgeting and forecasting processes, providing insightful analysis to senior stakeholders.

Ensure robust financial controls are in place and maintained across the business.

Partner with key stakeholders to support business strategy and operational decision-making.

Support year-end processes, including audit coordination and statutory reporting.

Key essentials of the Finance Manager

ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Advanced Excel skills
