Our client, a successful and rapidly growing SME based in Solihull, is seeking a hands-on Finance Manager to join their finance team. Reporting directly to the Finance Director, this is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of the day-to-day finance function while leading and developing a small team. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining strong financial controls, optimising cash flow, and supporting the continued growth of the business.
Oversee all day-to-day finance department activities.
Maintain and update invoice discounting schedules.
Oversee weekly and monthly sales invoicing processes.
Manage the purchase ledger function and ensure timely processing of invoices.
Drive cash flow management and maximise working capital.
Support the Finance Director with the preparation of annual statutory accounts.
ACCA, ACA or CIMA qualified (or equivalent).
Advanced Excel skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
