We’re partnering with a purpose-led organisation looking for a confident Finance Manager to support senior leaders and shape how resources are used.

What you’ll do

Partner with senior stakeholders to drive better financial decisions

Deliver clear, insightful reporting, forecasts and analysis

Challenge budgets, identify risks, trends and opportunities

Lead on budget setting and financial planning

Produce month-end, quarterly and year-end reporting

Build business cases and support investment decisions

Monitor cashflow and financial health

Lead and support a small team to hit key deadlines

What we’re looking for

Public sector / charity / not-for-profit experience

Strong business partnering and stakeholder skills

Confident explaining financial data to non-finance audiences

Experience with budgets, forecasts and financial modelling

Proactive mindset with the confidence to challenge and influence
