We are recruiting a Finance Manager on behalf of a highly successful international organisation operating across multiple markets worldwide.
Description
Reporting to a European Finance Director, you will lead a small team and take responsibility for finance operations including:
Leading month-end and year-end reporting activities.
Managing and developing a team of finance professionals.
Producing management accounts and financial analysis.
Overseeing payroll, tax and statutory compliance requirements.
Supporting audits and ensuring robust financial controls.
Working closely with senior stakeholders across Europe.
Identifying opportunities to improve processes and efficiencies.
Profile
ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification.
Strong financial accounting and reporting experience.
Previous team management experience.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working within a complex or international business environment.
A proactive and hands-on approach.
Ability to work in a matrix environment
Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.
Experience with ERP systems and finance tools.
Experience with SOX is a strong advantage
Job Offer
Initially a fixed-term contract for 6 months (Potential for a long-term opportunity)
Hybrid working arrangement. 2 days on site
Competitive salary of circa £60,000- £69,000.
