The Role A varied and hands-on Finance Manager position supporting the Global Financial Controller and wider finance team: • Oversee financial reporting, reconciliations, and balance sheet integrity • Manage payroll accounting, VAT returns, and statutory compliance • Support group audits and preparation of annual financial statements • Line manage and support the Finance Assistant • Contribute to finance projects and process improvements
Main Duties You will play a key role in maintaining financial accuracy and supporting operational finance: • Own and reconcile key accounts including accruals, prepayments, payroll, and tax • Prepare and submit quarterly VAT returns • Support audit processes and statutory reporting across multiple entities • Manage monthly payroll accounting and cost allocation • Provide financial support to internal stakeholders and assist with ad hoc projects
The Successful Candidate
Qualified (or finalist) ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent with strong technical accounting knowledge • Proven experience in financial reporting, reconciliations, and audit support • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines • Excellent communication skills, able to explain financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders • Collaborative, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, global environment
