Finance Manager

Your new company We are delighted to be working with an established investment management business who are looking for a Finance Manager to join its London-based finance team. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of long-term investment funds. The business invests in essential infrastructure assets and offers a collaborative, stable working environment with excellent exposure to senior stakeholders and fund operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified accountant seeking a broad and varied role within a smaller organisation where they can take ownership of fund accounting, financial control and stakeholder management responsibilities. Your new role

Management of the accounting, tax and administration of investment funds and associated entities.

Preparation of financial reporting, investor information and fund distributions.

Monitoring cash flow, liquidity and banking activity.

Liaising with investment teams, portfolio companies and external stakeholders.

Managing relationships with auditors, depositaries and professional advisers.

Supporting financial controls, treasury activities and payment processes.

Assisting with regulatory and compliance-related requirements.

Supporting a range of ad hoc projects across finance, tax and operations

What you'll need to succeed

ACA, ACCA or equivalent qualified.

Experience within asset management, investment management, private equity, infrastructure, real estate or alternative investment funds.

Strong financial reporting and fund accounting experience.

Experience working with multiple entities or complex investment structures.

Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
