Finance Manager

London (Hybrid – 4 days in office, 1 from home)

£75,000 – £80,000 + benefits

Halliday Marx have exclusively partnered with a leading global hospitality business is seeking a commercially minded Finance Manager to join its London-based finance team on a permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the month-end close process, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting

Produce and review management accounts, variance analysis, and performance insights

Business partner with operational and commercial teams to drive profitability and cost control

Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning

Manage and develop a team of 2 direct reports

Ensure strong financial controls and compliance with internal policies

Drive continuous improvement in finance processes and systems

Support senior leadership with ad hoc analysis and strategic projects

Requirements

Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)

Proven experience in a Finance Manager or Senior Management Accountant role

Strong business partnering skills with the ability to influence non-finance stakeholders

Experience managing or mentoring junior staff

Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail

Confident communicator with a proactive, hands-on approach
