A fast-growing, technology-enabled business operating sites internationally is seeking a hands-on, commercially minded Finance Manager. Reporting to the Finance Director, you will support day-to-day finance operations and strengthen financial processes.
Key Responsibilities
Own month-end, quarter-end and year-end close across multiple group entities
Prepare management accounts, balance sheet reconciliations and financial analysis
Partner with operational stakeholders on budgeting, forecasting, site profitability and capital expenditure
Maintain robust financial controls and support audits, statutory accounts, VAT and UK GAAP compliance
Produce weekly cash flow forecasts and support working capital, treasury and FX activity
Oversee Accounts Payable, expenses and corporate card processes, ensuring adherence to approval workflows and spend controls
About You
ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent qualified
5+ years’ accounting and finance experience in a Finance Manager, Finance Business Partner, Senior Management Accountant or similar role
Proven month-end close experience, plus strong cash flow forecasting and balance sheet management skills
Advanced Excel skills and experience with cloud-based accounting systems
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities
