Finance Manager (Interim) - Agency Location: Remote (occasional travel to London office may be required) Salary: Competitive Hourly/Day Rate (DOE) Contract: 3 Months Start Date: Immediate
We're delighted to be supporting an established international project-led business in the search for an experienced Finance Manager to join them on an interim basis.
Working closely with the Managing Director, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day finance function, ensuring the smooth running of financial operations during a period of transition. This is a hands-on role offering plenty of autonomy, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working across all aspects of finance within a collaborative SME environment.

Oversee the day-to-day running of the finance function.
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure data integrity across internal systems.
Manage purchase ledger and sales ledger processes.
Coordinate supplier payment runs and liaise with senior management regarding payment approvals.
Support payroll processes alongside external payroll providers.
Prepare customer quotations and supplier purchase orders in conjunction with operational teams.
Monitor outstanding debtor balances and support credit control activities.
Act as the primary finance contact for the wider business, providing day-to-day financial support and guidance.
Assist with the transition and handover to the incoming Finance Director.
Previous experience as a Finance Manager or within a similar all-round finance role.
At least five years' experience working within a commercial finance environment.
Excellent Excel skills and confidence manipulating financial data.
Strong knowledge of transactional finance, payment processes and payroll coordination.
Excellent organisational skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
A proactive, hands-on approach and the ability to manage your own workload.
Experience working within an SME, agency or creative background would be a benefit.
Immediate start.

Initial contract until October 2026 with a handover period thereafter.
