We're recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing technology business for an experienced Finance Manager to take ownership of the finance function during an exciting period of growth.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on Finance Manager who enjoys improving processes, implementing systems and working within a growing SME environment. You'll play a key role in supporting senior leadership, producing insightful financial reporting and helping to build a scalable finance function as the business continues to expand.

Opportunity to shape and improve the finance function.
Manage the day-to-day finance function, including sales ledger, purchase ledger, reconciliations and VAT returns.
Produce monthly management accounts and board reporting.
Improve financial controls and implement scalable finance processes.
Lead process improvement initiatives, reducing manual administration and increasing efficiency.
Support the integration of finance systems to improve reporting and data accuracy.
Monitor cash flow, budgeting and forecasting activities.
Support and mentor the Credit Controller.
Present financial information clearly to senior stakeholders.
Identify opportunities to improve reporting through automation and technology.
Previous experience as a Finance Manager or Senior Management Accountant.
AAT qualified or studying towards ACCA/CIMA (preferred).
Strong understanding of month-end processes, management accounts and VAT.
Experience using QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
Proven track record of improving finance processes and systems.
Excellent communication skills with the confidence to challenge and influence stakeholders.
Experience within a growing SME environment is highly desirable.
