Our client, a leading organisation is seeking a Finance Business Partner to join their growing finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded finance professional to work closely with senior operational stakeholders, providing valuable financial insight and supporting strategic decision-making across the business.

Key responsibilities of the Finance Business Partner

Partner with senior operational and commercial leaders to drive business performance.

Oversee monthly management accounts and provide insightful variance analysis.

Support monthly project and performance review meetings.

Coordinate annual budgeting, forecasting and business planning activities.

Identify and monitor financial risks and opportunities across the business.

Key essentials of the Finance Business Partner

Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA).

Minimum 3 years' post-qualified experience.

Strong Finance Business Partnering, forecasting and budgeting experience.
