Senior Finance Business Partner

Reed Finance are delighted to be partnering with a leading further education organisation to recruit a Senior Finance Business Partner.

This is a key leadership role within the finance function, responsible for providing strategic financial support to senior stakeholders while leading a high-performing finance business partnering service.

Key Responsibilities

Provide strategic financial advice and business partnering support to senior leaders.

Lead and develop a team of Finance Business Partners.

Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.

Deliver insightful financial analysis and performance reporting.

Support business cases, investment appraisals, and strategic projects.

Identify financial risks and opportunities to support decision-making.

Present financial information to senior management and governance forums.

Promote strong financial governance, controls, and compliance.

Contribute to the wider finance strategy and continuous improvement agenda.

About You

Qualified Accountant (CA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).

Significant experience in finance business partnering, management reporting or strategic finance.

Proven ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders.

Strong leadership experience with a track record of developing finance professionals.

Excellent financial planning, forecasting, and modelling skills.

Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management abilities.
