Finance Assistant

Reporting into the Finance Manager, you will support the day-to-day financial operations of the organisation, ensuring financial records are maintained accurately and efficiently.

Key responsibilities will include

Processing purchase and sales ledger transactions

Raising invoices and resolving finance queries

Processing receipts and payments

Bank reconciliations

Assisting with month-end finance activities

Maintaining accurate financial records and documentation

Providing administrative support to the wider finance function

This is a full-time, term-time only position working Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm. What you'll need to succeed

Previous experience in a finance or accounts-based role

Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

Good communication skills and a proactive approach

Confidence using finance systems and Microsoft Excel

Ability to work effectively within a team environment
