Finance Analyst

We're recruiting for a Finance Analyst to join a global insurance business within its FP&A team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified finance professional looking to broaden their exposure across financial planning, reporting, and business partnering in a fast-paced international environment. The main responsibilities of this Finance Analyst will include:

Produce and maintain recurring MI and financial reporting.

Analyse financial performance and provide variance analysis and insights.

Consolidate and validate financial data from international business units.

Prepare reports, dashboards, presentations, and commentary for senior stakeholders.

Support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic finance initiatives.

Build strong relationships with finance teams and stakeholders across the business.

The successful candidate for this Finance Analyst role will need experience in FP&A, finance, or consulting within insurance industry, ideally Lloyd's market. The candidate must also be a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) and will have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills and any experience with Power Bi or Anaplan would be highly advantageous.
