Senior Commercial Financial Analyst

A great opportunity for a commercially-minded finance professional to join a business partnering closely with commercial, FP&A and BI teams to shape strategic financial decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Build financial business cases and analysis to support key commercial decisions, with clear, actionable recommendations.

Analyse customer trends, product costs, sales pipeline activity and cost drivers (e.g. commissions) across subscriptions, events and network areas.

Develop and maintain scenario models for commercial propositions, budgeting and forecasting.

Contribute to budgeting and forecasting cycles.

Maintain and evolve the organisation's Long Term Plan.

Apply data and analytics to inform long-term financial strategy.

About You

Intellectually curious, detail-oriented and comfortable with ambiguity.

Enjoys analysing data, identifying trends, and building models and clear summaries.

Skilled at shaping findings into recommendations and presenting them confidently.

Able to explain financial concepts simply to non-specialists.

Strong academics; ACA/CIMA qualified.

5+ years in commercial finance.

Advanced Excel skills, including financial model building.

Power BI, Tableau
