Field Sales Representative — Birmingham & West Midlands

What you'll earn

Commission-only role with a guaranteed minimum payment

£60,000–£70,000 OTE

Uncapped commission

45p per mile mileage reimbursement

Responsibilities

Attend pre-booked appointments with local businesses to demonstrate Flatpay's payment solutions and convert opportunities into customers

Generate your own pipeline through referrals, networking and local prospecting

Understand each merchant's needs and recommend the most suitable solution

Deliver and install payment terminals for new customers, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience

Keep CRM records accurate and up to date

Build long-term customer relationships by delivering an excellent customer experience

Share customer feedback and market insights with our Sales Development, Marketing and Product teams
