After starting as a prepaid card, our product offering has grown a lot in the last 10 years in the UK. As well as personal and business bank accounts, we offer joint accounts, accounts for 16-17 year olds, a free kids account and credit cards in the UK, with more exciting things to come beyond. Our UK customers can also save, invest and combine their pensions with us.
With our hot coral cards and get-paid-early feature, combined with financial education on social media and our award winning customer service, we have a long history of creating magical moments for our customers!

📍London | 💰£50,000 - £60,000 (dependent on experience) + Benefits
We are looking for a seasoned Executive Assistant to support our Chief Product Officer, and VP of Product. This will be a fast-paced role requiring tight diary management and great organisation skills, but we are looking for someone who is also proactive and shows initiative. This role will involve working closely with the Chief of Staff to the CPO as a part of the CPO Office, partnering with them to enable and support the best output from the CPO and the Product discipline at Monzo.
This is the ideal role for an EA who is highly proactive, comfortable navigating ambiguity, and excited by the opportunity to operate across a broad and fast-moving remit with a high degree of ownership and autonomy.
🚩Given the agility required for this particular role, EA experience within a start-up or scale-up tech environment would be a huge advantage. 🌏 Please Note: We are not able to offer Visa Sponsorship for this role

Joining an Executive Assistant team of 16, you will collaborate with our existing EAs to keep Monzo running, and to continue to raise the bar on what great support
