Our Employee Relations team⭐

We’re looking for an experienced Employee Relations Advisor to join our Employee Relations team and help us create fair, consistent and genuinely positive people experiences across Monzo.

You’ll partner closely with managers, People Partners and teams across the wider People Collective, providing specialist advice on complex and higher-risk employee relations matters across our global locations, specifically the UK and EU.

This is a role where you’ll be trusted to use your judgement. You’ll help managers navigate difficult situations with clarity, empathy and confidence, balancing employment law and risk with what’s fair, practical and right for Monzo and our people.

As Monzo continues to grow internationally, you’ll also bring experience of working across different employment landscapes. Experience supporting Employee Relations at a Global scale is particularly important for this role, alongside an understanding of how ER approaches need to flex across different jurisdictions, cultures and legal frameworks.

You’ll be co
