Employee Relations Advisor

Belmont Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join an organisation on a temporary basis.

The Role

Managing complex grievance, disciplinary, performance and attendance cases.

Providing advice and guidance to managers throughout the employee relations process.

Managing a high-volume caseload effectively, ensuring cases are progressed within appropriate timescales.

Attending formal hearings and meetings, including at different organisational sites where required.

Working closely with managers and employees to ensure HR processes are followed consistently and fairly.

Maintaining accurate case records and ensuring all HR processes comply with relevant policies and procedures.

About You

Strong previous experience working as an HR Advisor/Employee Relations Advisor.

Confident managing complex ER cases independently.

Proven ability to manage a large caseload and prioritise competing demands.

Strong knowledge of grievance, disciplinary, performance and attendance processes.
