What you’ll be doing

Becoming an expert in our HR system, Staff Circle

Managing HR queries through inboxes, phones, and digital channels

Supporting recruitment and onboarding processes - issue offer letters, contracts, staff ID badges, and all relevant onboarding paperwork using Zoho CRM system and the SIA portal

Creating offer letters, contracts, ID badges, and onboarding documents using systems like Zoho CRM, the SIA portal, and Mind Tool

Assisting with compliance, vetting checks, and reference requests

Work collaboratively on training and events – organise training activities, meetings, and in-house events, helping staff access resources through the Mind Tool self-training platform

Supporting internal communications and social media using Canva and other digital platforms

Develop proficiency in Office packages – prepare reports, maintain accurate data input, contribute to completing the team’s workload efficiently

What we’re looking for

Confident using IT systems and digital platforms

Organised and able to multitask

Quick learner with a positive attitude

Strong communication skills

Good grades and willingness to develop professionally

Salary: £16,640 per annum

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm

Starting with insights into your current potential, they plan your growth in a programmatic way, close skills gaps with immersive training and ensure what you learn is applicable to what you do. They talk you through the specifics on the qualifications you gain and how they align in particular to your day to day role.

On completion, as well as the valuable work experience you have gained, you get a nationally recognised qualification at SCQF Level 6.
