Desktop Support Engineer

Adyen is seeking a Desktop Support Engineer to provide comprehensive support to our teams and employees in resolving IT-related issues. In this role, you will go beyond first-line support, showcasing your proactive nature and eagerness to take on additional responsibilities. What you’ll do

Work together with a worldwide team to support all our employees with their IT related questions in an all Apple Mac environment

You will be responsible for diagnosing and troubleshooting a wide range of IT challenges, starting from the initial setup of new users to providing assistance to colleagues with their IT inquiries. Additionally, you will play a key role in optimizing our processes and systems.

Collaborating closely with team members across the globe, you will provide comprehensive support for Apple device issues, user and systems access, networking, and various other IT-related tasks.

Your continuous focus will be on enhancing our global IT systems and functionalities, ensuring they remain up-to-date and aligned with evolving business needs.
