About the team

Stripe’s Design organization builds the product and brand experiences that millions of businesses and developers rely on. We’re a cross-functional, global organization composed of product designers, content designers, design researchers, design systems engineers, motion designers, and design program specialists. Our mission is to make economic infrastructure simple and accessible — and design plays a central role: making complex flows understandable, crafting clear product language, and building consistent systems that scale.

As AI becomes central to how product teams design, build, and iterate, we’re investing in tooling, platform services, and workflows that amplify designers’ impact. You will help shape that investment: partnering with design, engineering, research, and product teams to build and deliver reliable, safe, and useful AI-assisted tooling that improves designer productivity, creativity, and consistency across Stripe.

What you’ll do

Focused on accelerating the integration of AI into Design, as a Design Program Manager, you'll collaborate closely with designers, researchers, content designers, and design engineers working across Stripe’s brand, product, and marketing experiences. You'll build alongside them, and you will help them fundamentally change how they operate. Your measure of success is the number of workflows you've permanently transformed and the extent to which Design Stripes default to using AI as a part
