Learning Experience Design Program Manager, Support L&D

Adyen is looking for a creative and execution-focused Learning Experience Design Program Manager to join our Support Learning and Development team. This team focuses on L&D initiatives across our globally distributed merchant facing Support organization (Customer support, Technical support etc).

This role is dedicated to the "Development" phase of the ADDIE model, transforming high-level module outlines into engaging, high-quality learning experiences. You will be responsible for the end-to-end creation of learning assets, ensuring they are seamlessly integrated into our authoring tools and platforms. Beyond content creation, you will oversee the standards for learning methodologies, tooling, and innovation to ensure our learning products remain world-class. This position consists of a blend of deep instructional design expertise (70%) and operational program management (30%) to ensure efficiency and quality assurance across our global learning portfolio.
