The Role and Deliverables

Build, validate, and deploy machine learning models to solve business problems

Translate complex data into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders

Work with structured and unstructured datasets to uncover trends and opportunities

Collaborate with data engineers to ensure scalable and efficient data pipelines

Deliver clear documentation and communicate findings effectively

Support ongoing optimisation and monitoring of deployed models

Your Skills & Experience

Strong experience in data science or applied machine learning within a commercial environment

Proficiency in Python or R, with experience using relevant libraries and frameworks

Experience working with SQL and handling large-scale datasets

Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to a range of audiences

Familiarity with model deployment and production environments

A problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering business value
