As an Operations Excellence Analyst, you will take on a key responsibility in supporting the day-to-day operations of our production facilities by assisting with data analysis, process improvement, and system support. Working as part of the Operational Excellence team, the role helps ensure that our operational sites run efficiently and safely, while building foundational knowledge in Production Control Systems, procedures, and standards, contributing to our ongoing efforts to drive business success and enhance customer satisfaction.

What you’ll do

Own weekly customer error reporting across all brands, including compiling, validating and recategorising reported errors.

Complete error recats and root cause analysis to identify trends, key drivers and recurring issues.

Perform ad hoc data analysis to support operational investigations, performance reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.

Build, maintain and improve dashboards and recurring reports for customer errors, operational performance and site KPIs.

Prepare and share weekly and ad hoc reporting with relevant stakeholders, ensuring outputs are accurate, clear and actionable.

Participate in team initiatives aimed at improving production performance and site KPIs.

Help prepare and maintain reporting files, trackers, dashboards, documentation and SOPs to support operational processes.
