Data Analyst
London (hybrid, 2 days per week in office) | £50,000 salary No sponsorship offered now or in the future

They are a well established UK data and analytics consultancy that also develops proprietary data and analytics products. Their work combines large scale data provision with analytics, modelling, and insight delivery to help organisations better understand customers and drive performance. The business operates as a solutions led consultancy, partnering closely with clients rather than delivering off the shelf analysis.
The Role
As a Data Analyst, you will sit within a collaborative analytics team working alongside data scientists, industry specialists, and project managers. You will play a key role in translating complex data into clear insight for clients.
Key responsibilities include
Working directly with clients to gather requirements and understand business challenges
Exploring, cleaning, and analysing large and complex datasets from multiple sources
Delivering insight through analysis, reporting, and dashboards
Presenting findings and recommendations clearly to non technical stakeholders
Supporting both project based consultancy work and ongoing managed service delivery
Taking ownership of analytical outputs in a delivery focused environment
Your Skills and Experience
Strong commercial experience in a data or analytics role
Advanced SQL skills, with the ability to work confidently with relational databases
Experience using Python for data analysis is highly desirable
Experience building dashboards in Power BI, or similar tools such as Tableau or Qlik
Confidence working with ambiguous or incomplete data and asking the right questions
Comfortable presenting insights and recommendations to clients
Consultancy or client facing experience is highly advantageous
