We’re looking for an ambitious and customer-focused Customer Service & Sales Specialist to join a successful and growing team in Leeds. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys speaking with customers, building long-term relationships, and playing a key role in driving sales performance. You’ll be joining a collaborative and supportive environment where your contribution genuinely matters. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound customer enquiries professionally and confidently Build strong, long-lasting relationships with customers Follow up quotations and convert opportunities into orders Prepare and process customer quotations and sales orders accurately Check stock availability, lead times, and delivery schedules Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfilment Resolve customer queries efficiently and maintain excellent service standards Maintain accurate customer records within ERP and CRM systems Support continuous improvement and contribute positively to team culture

Desired Skills & Experience: Experience within industrial products, wholesale, or technical sales environments is advantageous Commercially aware with a proactive sales mindset Positive attitude with strong teamwork skills Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Enthusiastic, reliable, and eager to contribute long-term
