Location: London (Hybrid) Salary: Up to £50,000 + Benefits

A rapidly growing, award-winning digital optimisation agency is looking for a CRO Manager to join its expanding team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced CRO professional to lead optimisation programmes for a range of well-known clients, working closely with analysts, UX specialists and developers to deliver meaningful business impact through experimentation and insight. Responsibilities

Lead and manage CRO programmes across multiple client accounts.

Develop data-driven optimisation strategies and testing roadmaps.

Analyse customer behaviour using analytics, heatmaps, user research and experimentation data.

Build and present recommendations and insights directly to stakeholders.

Manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Mentor and support junior team members.

Requirements

Proven experience in CRO, experimentation or digital optimisation.

Experience working across multiple brands or stakeholders, ideally within an agency environment.

Strong stakeholder management and client-facing skills.

Comfortable presenting insights and recommendations to senior audiences.

Experience mentoring or managing colleagues.

Data-driven mindset with the ability to turn insight into action.

Nice to Have

Experience with platforms such as VWO, AB Tasty, Optimizely, Adobe Target or similar experimentation tools.

Background in analytics, development or implementation.
