CRM Coordinator – Data Quality & Salesforce Cannock | Hybrid Working | 12-Month Fixed Term Contract | Up to £32,000

An excellent opportunity has arisen to join a major international business as a CRM Coordinator, supporting the quality, accuracy and integrity of customer data across the organisation.

This is a 12-month fixed term contract where the key focus will be data cleansing, validation, CRM governance and driving best practice around data quality.

Previous Salesforce experience is essential. We're looking for someone who understands CRM data, can confidently work with large datasets and can hit the ground running. The Role Working closely with Sales, Marketing and other internal stakeholders, you'll take responsibility for maintaining accurate, relevant and compliant customer information within Salesforce.

You'll be responsible for

Cleansing, validating and maintaining large volumes of customer and CRM data

Identifying duplicate, inaccurate, incomplete or outdated records

Maintaining high standards of data accuracy and integrity within Salesforce

Driving best practice around CRM usage and data quality

Ensuring customer data is managed in line with GDPR requirements

Supporting data governance processes across the business

Extracting and preparing CRM data for wider commercial and marketing activities

Working with internal teams to improve the consistency and quality of information being entered into Salesforce

Producing reports and identifying areas where data quality can be improved

About You We're looking for somebody who is highly organised, methodical and genuinely enjoys working with data.

Salesforce experience is essential for this position, as you'll need to quickly become effective within an established CRM environment.

You'll ideally have experience within CRM administration, data cleansing, data quality, database management or a similar data-focused position.

You'll also need

Strong attention to detail

Confidence working with large datasets

Good knowledge of data quality and validation

An understanding of GDPR and customer data compliance

Strong Excel and general IT skills

The ability to work independently and manage repetitive, process-driven tasks accurately

Good communication skills and the confidence to promote data best practice across different teams

Experience supporting CRM-driven marketing or email campaigns would be advantageous but isn't essential. What's on Offer?

Base salary up to £32,000

12-month fixed term contract

Hybrid working – 3 days Cannock / 2 days home

25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
