To support Trustpilot’s rapid expansion, we’re looking for a Student Assistant to support our leadership team for our European Sales Team in Copenhagen.

What you’ll be doing

In this role you will be supporting the organization and our regional leadership team with both low and high tasks such as:

Day-to-day team support: Assist leadership and regional managers with various operational tasks, scheduling and follow-ups

Internal initiatives & events: Plan, support and coordinate recurring team meetings, internal recognition programs and activities from start to finish

Reporting & data support: Help gather metrics, update internal systems and maintain spreadsheets to assist with performance tracking

Documentation & knowledge sharing: Create, organize and update internal guides and team files so information is clear and accessible

Ad-hoc projects: Assist with diverse, evolving internal tasks and help test new tools or process improvements to streamline team workflows
