Are you ready to build something from the ground up and shape the future of education locally? We’re launching our very first GoStudent Tuition Centres in ROME — and we’re looking for driven Centre Managers to lead the way! This is your chance to join a fast-growing global EdTech company and take ownership of an exciting new hybrid concept that blends online, group, and in-person tutoring. You’ll be at the heart of a passionate team, with real impact on students, families, and the local community.

Location: Rome (on-site)

Contract: Freelancer OR fixed term— part-time (approx. 20h/week), with the possibility to negotiate to a full time or 30 hours /week contract

Remuneration: A fixed monthly reimbursement plus a performance-based commission on revenues

Your Role in Our Mission

Oversee the daily operations of our first GoStudent Tuition Centre, ensuring smooth scheduling and top-quality services

Build and lead a local team of tutors and education advisors, fostering an engaging and supportive environment

Drive local marketing and sales initiatives to grow our customer base and achieve ambitious revenue targets

Nurture relationships with students and parents to ensure excellent learning outcomes and high satisfaction

Monitor key performance indicators and use data-driven insights to optimise results

Maintain a welcoming, safe and well-functioning learning space for students and staff
