Are you ready to build something from the ground up and shape the future of education locally? We’re launching our very first GoStudent Tuition Centers in Milan — and we’re looking for driven Centre Managers to lead the way! This is your chance to join a fast-growing global EdTech company and take ownership of an exciting new hybrid concept that blends online, group, and in-person tutoring. You’ll be at the heart of a passionate team, with real impact on students, families, and the local community.

Location: Milan (on-site)

Contract: Fixed Term— part-time (approx. 20h/week) in the afternoon, with a fixed base plus a performance-based commission on revenues

Your Role in Our Mission

Drive local marketing and sales initiatives as an individual contributor to grow the customer base and achieve ambitious revenue targets

Work alongside and coordinate a local team of tutors (freelancers), fostering an engaging and supportive environment

Oversee the daily operations of the GoStudent centre, ensuring smooth scheduling and top-quality services

Build and nurture relationships with students and parents to ensure excellent learning outcomes and high satisfaction

Monitor key performance indicators and use data-driven insights to optimise results

Maintain a welcoming, safe and well-functioning learning space for students and tutors

Report directly to the Head of Revenue for the market
